Independent Catering is in its 10th year of trading and Neil Morgan (MD) has had 23 years experience in the catering equipment business and 12 years as a chef in various hotels, restaurants and industrial catering which stands him in good stead to advise chefs and owners of the best and most economical equipment for their set up. The office is run by Neil's wife Christine who orders and purchases all the equipment and makes sure it is sent to the appropriate customers, arrives in good condition and is exactly what they had ordered. She is also responsible for all invoicing and accounts.
The office mainly works from 9-5 Monday to Friday but Neil being in the catering trade for many years recognises that the need for weekend response is vital to the running of any catering business so he makes himself and a few engineers available 24/7/365 days of the year. The business has a 24 hour answering service. I.C.E Ltd hold varying amounts of stock for instant delivery and most of the items on the stock sheet can be delivered within a few days, but be quick as reconditioned items come in and out every day so check with Neil to see that your item is in stock and he will make sure you are ordering the right piece of kit suitable for you. I.C.E.Ltd have supplied and fitted full kitchens to various bars, restaurants, church halls, schools, colleges, work canteens and even off shore to oil rigs. Recently we supplied a full kitchen for Spencers bar in Bargeddie which included the flooring, tiling, ceiling, ventilation canopy, wall cladding, coffee machine, dishwashing equipment, stainless steel sinks, mop sink, shelving, refrigeration, cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery, tables and chairs. So you see we can design, plan and fit everything to your needs. Neil is also a member and chairman of the Fairways Business Group which meets every Friday morning at Dullatur Golf Club at 6.45am along with over 20 members from varying businesses such as web design, sales training, IFA, accountant, lawyer, plumber, joiner, roofer, painter, personnel supplier, electrician, tiler, flooring expert, and many more.
